Milk & Pail Wholesale Terms
Thank you for choosing Milk & Pail. We appreciate your business and look forward to partnering with your shop. Please review the following wholesale terms before placing your order. A valid resale or tax exemption certificate must be provided at application before your first wholesale order.
Minimum Order
- A minimum order of $100 is required for all wholesale purchases.
Payment
- Payment is required in full before orders are processed and shipped.
- Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received.
Order Processing
- Most wholesale orders are shipped within 8–10 business days.
- Larger orders or seasonal demand may require additional processing time.
Shipping
- Orders of $300 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under $300 will be charged the applicable shipping rate via UPS or USPS.
- Once an order has been shipped, Milk & Pail is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
- Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to accept delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Cancellations
- We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and email info@milkandpail.com with any problems.
- Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Email your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of:
- The damaged or incorrect product(s)
- The shipping box and packaging
- Claims submitted after 5 business days may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Pricing
- Milk & Pail reserves the right to change wholesale pricing without prior notice.
- Prices in effect at the time an order is placed will be honored for that order.
Product Variations
- Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, design, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
Testers
- Full-size lotion and sugar scrub testers are available for purchase at wholesale pricing. Testers are identified with a "Tester" sticker and are intended for in-store display and customer sampling.
Product Resale
- Milk & Pail products may not be sold through auction sites or third-party online marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, or Etsy.
- Products may only be sold by the business whose tax exemption certificate is on file with Milk & Pail and may not be transferred or resold to another business without prior written approval.
Territory & Exclusivity
- Milk & Pail does not offer territory, ZIP code, or market exclusivity. We reserve the right to sell our products to multiple approved retailers within the same geographic area.
Private Label / Unlabeled Products
- Wholesale customers may purchase Milk & Pail products without labels for private-label resale. Unlabeled products are the same finished products offered by Milk & Pail and are provided without retail labels.
- Milk & Pail does not provide label design, printing, or application of custom labels.
- The retailer is responsible for providing and applying their own labels and for ensuring that all labeling, product claims, and other information placed on the product comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Milk & Pail is not responsible for errors, omissions, or non-compliance resulting from labels or claims created and applied by the retailer.
- Unlabeled products may not be resold under the Milk & Pail name or represented as an official Milk & Pail-branded product.
Policy Updates
- Milk & Pail reserves the right to update these wholesale terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
