No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do our best to describe scent notes and product details in each product description, but scent perception and preference are highly personal. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 2 business days if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of any damages, including the shipping box and the item and email them to info@milkandpail.com
