Shipping policy

Retail orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. The current processing time is always listed on the black header bar at the top of our website.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout. The shipping label is printed with the address exactly as entered. If there is an error, email us at info@milkandpail.com as soon as possible. We cannot change the shipping address once the label has been created and the order is in transit. 

We pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, but once an order is picked up by the carrier, it is out of our hands. We cannot be responsible for delayed or misdelivered packages. If you have any problems with your order delivery, please contact us so we can help.

We do not offer order pickup for local customers.
